We are entering the “Holiday Season”. Time spent with friends and family, good food and maybe a little drink or two. Why do we tend to worry about weight gain during the holiday season? Because we know we’ll be visiting with family we only see during the holidays, reminiscing and having all the foods from our childhood that were made only on the holidays.
But what about through a normal week? Do you have pizza, a cheeseburger, a doughnut or piece of cake? Or would you rather have a pint of lager, a margarita, a pina colada or a glass of wine?
